AllSaints North America stores seek a Floor Manager to support the Brand Leader and Store Manager, guiding stylists to deliver exceptional in-store and online service.

You will oversee operations, coach teams, handle first-line customer queries, and work with the customer experience group to hit KPIs while maintaining brand standards. Based in New York flagship, full-time hourly role with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team on the shop floor.
• Ability to coach and develop stylists to meet targets.
• Strong knowledge of fashion and customer experience.
• Comfort with first-line customer queries and service metrics.

Responsabilités

• Lead on-floor operations and coach the stylist team.
• Oversee customer queries via calls, emails, chats.
• Partner with customer experience leaders to manage KPIs.
• Inspire and train staff to showcase products effectively.
• Plan floor layouts and rotas to drive sales and brand experience.
• Ensure store targets and KPI delivery, daily operations.
