AllSaints is seeking a floor manager to support the brand leader and store manager in motivating the stylist team to deliver an exceptional brand experience. You will oversee in-store and online service, coach stylists, and respond to first-line customer inquiries via our online system, ensuring the store runs smoothly and targets are met.

You will lead with bold fashion knowledge, drive product presentation, and collaborate with the customer experience team to monitor KPIs and SLAs.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading a stylist team on the shop floor.
• Deliver exceptional in-store service and brand experience.
• Ability to manage KPIs and SLAs for online customer support.
• Comfort with digital tools and reporting systems.

• Spend majority on busy shop floor with stylist teams.
• Lead and support stylist team with first line queries (emails, chats, calls).
• Collaborate with customer experience leaders to manage KPIs/SLAs.
• Inspire customers and team with product knowledge.
• Ensure products are displayed to maximize brand impact.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations and staff deployment.
• Work with management to exceed targets and KPIs.
• Handle people matters with HR as needed.
• Create floor plans and rosters for daily success.
