Sur La Table is seeking a Store Floor Lead to drive in-store performance and guest-obsessed service. You will support the General Manager or Store Manager, lead the sales floor as Manager on Duty, and coach a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role emphasizes leadership, brand representation, and the ability to meet sales goals while maintaining store standards and compliance. Flexibility for a 20–25 hour work week is required, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail management experience.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for customer experiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor and oversee daily store operations as Manager on Duty.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching to elevate performance and engagement.
• Support onboarding, training, and development of new associates.
• Represent the brand and ensure a memorable, guest-obsessed shopping experience.
• Drive sales by engaging customers and identifying relevant solutions.
