Job summary

Sur La Table is seeking a Store Floor Lead to inspire customers and oversee daily store operations as the Manager on Duty. You will coach associates, support onboarding, and help deliver a best-in-class guest experience while driving sales performance.

You will lead a team, stay current on products, and maintain brand standards. The role requires flexible hours, including nights and weekends, with 20–25 hour weekly expectations.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail management experience or similar leadership role.
• Ability to coach and motivate a team to meet sales goals.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor as Manager on Duty (MOD) and oversee daily store operations.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching to elevate performance and engagement.
