Job summary

Sur La Table is seeking a Store Floor Lead, FT, to inspire customers and support the GM/Store Manager in achieving sales and operations goals. As Manager on Duty, you will guide daily store performance and ensure a best-in-center customer experience.

You will coach onboarding, stay current on products, drive guest-obsessed service, and maximize selling opportunities while meeting monthly targets and maintaining standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail management experience, preferably in a specialty or culinary retail environment.
• Strong leadership skills to inspire, develop, and retain a high performing team.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor and oversee daily store operations as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Provide coaching and feedback to elevate performance and team engagement.
• Support onboarding, training, and development of new associates.
• Represent the brand and maintain an exceptional customer experience.
• Support achievement of store sales goals and optimize merchandising and stock.
