Job summary

Sur La Table in Seattle seeks a Store Floor Lead to drive in-store performance, coach staff, and ensure a premier customer experience. You will act as MOD, support GM/SM, and help meet sales targets while maintaining stock and visual standards.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering guest-obsessed service. Expect a 20–25 hour workweek with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail management experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of employment.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor and oversee daily store operations as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback to elevate performance.
• Support onboarding, training, and development of new associates.
• Represent the brand and create memorable customer experiences.
• Support achievement of store sales goals and optimize customer needs.
• Direct employees to maintain stock levels and visual standards.
