Sur La Table in Madison, WI is seeking a Store Floor Lead to inspire customers and support the GM/Store Manager in achieving sales and operational goals. As MOD, you’ll drive in-store performance and deliver a best-in-center customer experience.

You will coach and develop associates, stay current on products, and lead a guest-obsessed culture. Requires 1 year of retail management and a passion for exceptional service. Schedule includes 20–25 hours with some nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Proficiency with MS Office and retail systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor and oversee daily store operations as MOD.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching to elevate performance and engagement.
• Support onboarding, training, and development of new associates.
• Represent the brand and ensure a guest-obsessed customer experience.
• Achieve store sales goals through customer engagement and motivation.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure floor is merchandised per standards.
• Adhere to wage/hour laws and SOPs, with accurate timekeeping.
