Abercrombie & Fitch Co. (A&F Co.) is seeking a Key Lead to serve as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates while ensuring an exceptional in-store experience and daily sales performance.

This part-time role requires energy, strong communication, and the ability to lead teams on the sales floor, open/close routines, and maintain visual displays. Weekend availability and peak-period adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience is preferred; supervisory/management experience is not required.
• Maintain a strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems and fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets and perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify Company Culture and Values.
