Abercrombie & Fitch Co. (A&F Co.) is seeking a Key Lead on the sales floor to guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring quality in-store experiences and daily performance.

As Floor Supervisor, you will open/close routines, operate POS, fulfill Omni-channel orders, coach teammates, and maintain visual displays while driving sales and upholding brand values. Schedule requires 12-16 hours weekly with weekend/holiday availability; prior retail supervisory experience not required, but strong

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory / management experience not required.
• Experience in leading groups or teams preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.
