Job summary

The role involves coaching, opening/closing routines, POS operations, omni-channel fulfillment, and maintaining visual displays in a dynamic fashion retail environment. Strong communication and adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Open and close routines.
• Operate register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
