SKIMS in Desert Hills, AZ, is seeking a Supervisor to drive daily results on the sales floor, model exceptional customer experiences, and coach Team Members to deliver inclusive, high-energy service. You will oversee opening/closing, cash handling, product knowledge, and store cleanliness, while partnering with leaders to hit KPIs and manage inventory and visual standards.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory/management experience in retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead by example and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Stand and stay physically active during the shift.
• Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Lead with a customer-obsessed mindset by delivering warm, personalized service on the floor.
• Drive performance as Sales Floor Captain through zone management, coaching, and team motivation.
• Ensure daily tasks and operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and store cleanliness, are executed with excellence.
• Coach Team Members on selling behaviors, product knowledge, and styling to connect features to customer needs.
• Provide feedback and support team growth moments, promoting learning agility.
• Assist training and onboarding of new Team Members and reinforce standards and values.
• Maintain product knowledge and support launches, restocks, and floor updates.
• Help leadership achieve store KPIs by tracking sales and celebrating wins.
