Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a Supervisor in Glendale to lead daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach team members, manage shifts, and uphold brand standards while promoting a positive, inclusive store culture.

You will drive performance through leadership, operational excellence, and strong product knowledge, supporting launches, restocks, and inventory management. Evening/weekend availability is expected in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in retail.
• Strong leadership and customer service focus.
• Ability to stand, move around the store for full shifts.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to use sales data to improve team performance and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a Customer Obsessed mindset and deliver warm, personalized service.
• As Sales Floor Captain, drive performance through coaching and motivation.
• Execute daily tasks with Operational Excellence, including opening/closing and cash handling.
• Coach Team Members on selling behaviors, product knowledge, and styling.
• Provide feedback and support growth moments to team members.
• Facilitate training and onboarding of new Team Members.
• Maintain product knowledge and support launches, restocks, and floor updates.
• Assist leadership in achieving store KPIs and driving results.
• Monitor inventory levels, visual standards, and product availability.
• Communicate openly to foster an inclusive culture and resolve customer issues.
