SKIMS is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to lead daily store operations, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and coach team members on selling and product knowledge. You will manage floor performance, training, and visual standards while upholding brand values and ensuring operational excellence during every shift.

Ideal candidates have retail supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for inclusivity, teamwork, and customer connection.

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in retail

Responsibilities

• Lead with a customer-obsessed mindset to provide warm, personalized service on the floor.
• As Sales Floor Captain, drive performance through zone management, coaching, and team motivation.
• Ensure daily tasks and operations meet standards of excellence (opening/closing, cash handling, store cleanliness).
• Coach team members on selling, product knowledge, and styling to connect features with customer needs.
• Provide feedback and support growth moments using Learning Agility.
• Facilitate onboarding and training of new team members and reinforce standards and policies.
• Maintain product knowledge and support launches, restocks, and floor updates.
• Help achieve store KPIs by tracking performance, setting goals, and celebrating wins.
