Job summary

SKIMS in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Supervisor to drive daily results on the sales floor, model outstanding customer experiences, and foster an inclusive, high-performing team. You’ll lead by example, coaching Team Members in selling skills, product knowledge, and styling to connect features with customer needs.

This role requires open availability and the ability to stand, move around the store, and lift up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory/management role in retail.
• Strong leadership and team coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to stand/walk during shift and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a Customer Obsessed mindset by delivering warm, personalized service on the floor.
• Drive performance through zone management, coaching, and team motivation as Sales Floor Captain.
• Ensure daily tasks and operational priorities with Operational Excellence (opening/closing, cash handling, cleanliness).
• Coach Team Members on selling behaviors, product knowledge, and styling support.
• Provide feedback and grow moments to encourage Learning Agility.
