Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to deliver a quality in-store experience. You will support store leadership in achieving daily sales and strong customer service.

The role involves openings/closings, POS operation, omni-channel fulfillment, visual merchandising, and inventory control, with weekend and holiday availability and a dynamic schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ GED preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory experience not required; leadership potential is welcomed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Energetic, outgoing, and assertive with initiative.
• Ability to adapt and balance multiple tasks while staying detail-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/POS systems.
• Fulfill Omni Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
