Dormont Manufacturing Co. seeks a Key Lead to serve as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure an outstanding in-store experience and daily sales performance.

The role includes opening/closing routines, POS operation, omni-channel fulfillment, product knowledge, and visual merchandising. Flexible scheduling with 12–16 hours per week, including weekends and some holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required, but leading groups or teams is preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Possess strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Open and close routines are performed.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
