Job summary

A&F Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as a Floor Supervisor and guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates to deliver an exceptional in-store experience. The role focuses on coaching, driving sales, and maintaining brand standards on the floor.

The position requires opening/closing routines, POS operation, and omni-channel order fulfillment. Strong communication, fashion knowledge, and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred; retail supervisory or management experience not required
• Experience in leading groups or teams preferred
• Strong customer focus
