Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to supervise floor operations, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive store performance on the sales floor through excellent customer experiences.

You will be expected to support opening/closing routines, operate POS systems, fulfill omni-channel orders, and maintain visual displays while upholding brand culture and values. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset are essential.
