Mejuri is seeking a Floor Lead in Scottsdale to drive exceptional customer service, lead a dynamic store team, and ensure smooth daily operations. You will model Mejuri’s selling standards, coach staff, and collaborate with partners to meet KPIs and service goals on the sales floor.
The role emphasizes enthusiasm, adaptability, and a hands-on approach to merchandising, inventory, and guest experiences, with a focus on community and luxury retail excellence.
Competenze
- Experience in a high volume retail environment.
- Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration.
Mansioni
- Lead by example on customer experience and selling steps.
- Drive KPIs and team engagement.
- Promote services including piercing and engraving.
- Maintain inventory and participate in monthly cycle counts.
- Support back-of-house and order fulfillment.
- Ensure visual merchandising and store standards.
- Oversee onboarding and performance reviews.
