Job summary

Mejuri is seeking a Floor Lead in San Diego to drive store performance and deliver exceptional customer service. As a key leader on the sales floor, you will mentor staff, uphold Mejuri’s values, and ensure smooth daily operations while creating an engaging experience for customers.

You will manage inventory, support back-of-house flow, and ensure visual standards and brand presentation are maintained. The role requires strong communication, adaptability, and a hands-on leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor and uphold Mejuri's customer service standards.
• Drive KPIs by motivating the team and ensuring effective performance.
• Oversee inventory, in-store operations, and merchandising standards.
• Assist with services promotions (piercing, engraving) and store initiatives.
• Coach onboarding, assessments, and employee engagement.
