Mejuri in Glendale, CA is seeking a Floor Lead to drive store success through exceptional customer service, team development, and smooth daily operations. You will model Mejuri’s values on the sales floor and inspire staff to deliver confident, friendly experiences.

In this role you’ll supervise operations, merchandising, inventory, and tech systems, participate in onboarding, coaching, and escalation handling, and ensure accurate fulfillment for in-store and BOPIS channels.
