Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a part-time Key Lead to ensure an exceptional in-store experience. You will supervise Brand Reps and Stock Associates, coaching on operations, sales, and brand standards.

You’ll open/close routines, manage POS, fulfill omni-channel orders, and maintain visual displays while analyzing reports to guide decisions. A strong customer focus and adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required, leadership of groups/teams preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate knowledge of current fashion trends and strong communication skills.
• Be energetic, outgoing, assertive and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill omni-channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
