Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to deliver a quality in-store experience and drive daily sales.

You will handle opening/closing routines, operate POS, fulfill omni-channel orders, maintain visuals, analyze reports, protect assets, and embody the brand values. This role requires strong communication, customer focus, and leadership potential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Experience leading groups or teams preferred.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication and fashion trend knowledge.
• Initiative, confidence and flexibility.
