• Lead and inspire a team of sales assistants to maintain exceptional service standards.
• Oversee day-to-day operations such as delivery, replenishment, and shop floor coverage for efficiency and compliance.
• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the company values and ensuring memorable customer interactions.
