Job summary

H&M is seeking a Sales Advisor in the United States to deliver outstanding customer service, guide shoppers through the store and omni experience, and share fashion knowledge to help customers find products that fit their style.

You will engage customers, promote the Hello Member loyalty program and sustainability initiatives, support sales targets with the store team, and contribute to a clean, well-presented store environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion, retail or service-related industries preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage customers and promote products.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store and omni experience where available.
• Engage with customers and discuss fashion trends, stories, and products.
• Promote and sell products to customers and support sales targets with the store team.
• Maintain garment care, stock levels, and attractive merchandise displays.
• Assist with opening/closing and store operations in line with guidelines.
