Job summary

H&M is seeking a Sales Advisor in the United States to provide exceptional customer service, welcome customers and guide them through the store while actively selling our products. You will use fashion knowledge to inform customers and support garment care, presentation, and back-of-house tasks to ensure a clean, engaging store environment.

You will engage with customers, promote our app and in-store initiatives, and contribute to hitting sales targets with the store team.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in fashion or retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in fashion trends and in-store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store.
• Promote products and loyalty initiatives, including Hello Member.
• Maintain store presentation and assist with garment care and stock replenishment.
• Support opening/closing and general store operations.
