Job summary

Designer Brands is seeking a Store Leader to support management in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving merchandise execution, and managing omni-channel activities. This role collaborates with the management team to prioritize daily to monthly store goals and ensures accurate inventory and store recovery processes.

The position requires leadership, strong communication, and flexibility to meet scheduling needs, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum 2 years of management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays and varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Elevate in-store experience by modeling CEL behaviors and coaching staff to meet KPI goals.
• Maintain store standards and complete daily open/close tasks.
• Review and communicate action plans to ensure tasks are completed daily/weekly/monthly.
