LOFT Outlet in Wrentham, MA is seeking a part-time Sales Lead to drive exceptional customer experiences and support a high-performing team. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to master store operations and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

The role emphasizes coaching, initiative, and effective use of tools to maintain visual standards and omnichannel customer care. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support and role model excellent customer experiences.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to become an expert on store functions and step in as manager when needed.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to associates to improve customer interactions.
