LOFT in Peabody, MA is seeking a part-time Sales Lead to model exceptional customer experiences and guide a team of associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to run daily store operations and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficient with a point-of-sale system.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
