Job summary

LOFT in Lee, MA is seeking a Sales Lead to model exceptional customer experiences and guide store associates. You will partner with the Store Manager to become an expert on store operations and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

You’ll use technology and a hands-on coaching approach to build an engaged team, support onboarding, uphold visual standards, and push a seamless omnichannel shopping experience through available tools. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Experience in managing or mentoring associates preferred.
• Proficient with point-of-sale systems and technology.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand and model personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an engaged team.
• Provide coaching and feedback to associates.
• Maintain visual and operational standards with a customer focus.
• Support omnichannel shopping through available tools.
• Step in as manager when needed.
