LOFT in Mansfield, MA is seeking a Sales Lead to join our team. In this role you will model and deliver personalized customer experiences, guide associates, and collaborate with the Store Manager to keep store operations running smoothly.

You will help onboarding, coach a highly engaged team, uphold brand standards, and drive a seamless omnichannel shopping experience using available tools. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holiday availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6-months retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient; able to operate a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand representative and model personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing a highly engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment and uphold visual standards.
