The role requires a background in retail sales, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. PHysical store presence and a collaborative mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments.

Responsibilities

• Be a representative of the brand and model personalized customer experience behaviors.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing a highly engaged team.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to associates.
• Maintain high visual and operational standards with customer focus.
• Step into the manager role when needed.
