Job summary

LOFT at the store in Wrentham, MA is seeking a Sales Lead who will model exceptional customer experiences and guide associates to deliver them. You will partner with the Store Manager to run daily operations and step in as manager when needed.

You will coach and onboard a high‑performing team, uphold LOFT standards, and use tools to drive a profitable, customer‑centric environment while enabling seamless omnichannel shopping. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficient with a point‑of‑sale system.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to organize, delegate and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Represent the LOFT brand and model personalized customer experience behaviors.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment for associates.
