Job summary

LOFT in Mansfield, MA seeks a Sales Lead to inspire a customer-focused team and support store operations. You will model personalized service, coach associates, and collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure a cohesive, high-performing environment.

The role requires 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred) and POS proficiency. Flexible evenings, weekends and holidays are expected. Opportunity for growth across brands.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficient with a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys coaching and communicating with the team.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to organize, delegate and prioritize assignments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a role model for delivering personalized customer experiences.
• Support store leaders and collaborate with the Store Manager.
• Onboard and develop a highly engaged team.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to associates.
• Maintain high visual and operational standards and drive sales.
• Step into management when needed to ensure smooth operations.
