Job summary

LOFT in Dedham, MA is seeking a Sales Lead to model exceptional customer experiences, guide associates, and collaborate with the Store Manager to run day-to-day store operations.

You will represent the brand, coach teammates, onboard new staff, and sustain high visual and service standards while maintaining a welcoming, inclusive environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching teammates.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative and can organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments.

Responsibilities

• Be a representative of the LOFT brand and model personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an engaged team.
• Provide coaching and feedback to associates to improve performance.
• Maintain high visual and operational standards with a focus on the customer.
• Support omnichannel shopping through available tools and technology.
