Turkey Hill is seeking a Guest Service Leader to help operate the store, guide the team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will assist the Store Manager, lead by example, coach colleagues, and ensure stock, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently met.

Ideal candidates have strong guest service skills, high energy, and a willingness to lead the team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 6 months as a Guest Service Associate.
• Preferred 6-12 months retail, guest service or restaurant experience.
• ServSafe /Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Greet all guests in a friendly manner and invite return visits.
• Process guest transactions efficiently and pleasantly to minimize wait times.
• Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, coffee station, food service area, and bathrooms.
• Monitor and replenish products on the sales floor to keep stock levels high.
• In Store Manager’s absence, complete reports, product ordering and banking as needed.
• Lead by example in executing company values, programs, processes and policies.
• Provide training, feedback, coaching and direction to team members.
• Assist with food preparation and safety in food service stores.
• Prioritize safety for guests and team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager or supervisor.
