Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or food experience required, complete Assistant Manager Training before starting.
• Preferred experience: 1-2 years in retail, guest service or restaurant, in a leadership role.
• ServSafe/Food Safety certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage store team’s Guest Service behaviors to create a welcoming environment.
• Support Store Manager in building and developing a strong team.
• Ensure operational excellence and achieve store financial objectives.
• Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Monitor product levels and maintain stock.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
