Job summary

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 1 year retail or food experience required.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Training program before assigned.
• ServSafe /Food Safety certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest service behaviors and coach the team.
• Assist Store Manager in training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Support promotions, sales objectives, and store controls.
• Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and stock levels.
• Ensure food service areas meet company standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
