Responsibilities

• Coaches guest service behaviors, ensuring friendly greetings and a welcoming environment.
• Supports Store Manager in training, scheduling, coaching and maintaining a positive work culture.
• Partners with Store Manager to achieve sales, promotions, and operational goals.
• Oversees store appearance, cleanliness, and stock levels including coffee and food service areas.
• Monitors safety, merchandising, and company guidelines for food service operations.
• Performs other duties as assigned and can work nights, weekends, and holidays.
