Job summary

DSW Shoe Warehouse in Stoughton, MA is seeking a Store Manager or senior Retail Associate to support store management, drive sales and oversee daily operations. The role emphasizes customer service, merchandising, and inventory control on the sales floor.

You will coach teammates, manage open/close procedures, monitor KPIs, and coordinate omni-channel activities such as BOPIS and Charge/Send, while ensuring policy compliance and safe, welcoming store environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years management experience.
• Minimum high school graduate or equivalent.
• Some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Elevate in-store experience by modeling CEL behaviors and coaching staff.
• Maintain store standards and complete daily open/close tasks.
• Communicate action plans to ensure tasks are finished.
• Improve KPI attainment by tracking daily/weekly/monthly progress.
• Increase sales by leveraging inventory reports and merchandising.
• Ensure audits, donations, transfers, and damages processes are followed.
• Work with Store Manager to ensure policies are followed.
• Oversee inventory activities including freight receipt, placement, markdowns, MOOS.
• Coordinate omni-channel activities (Charge/Send, BOPIS).
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding Store Associates.
• Delegate duties and support Store Manager and Co-Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
