Mosaic North America is seeking an experienced retail leadership professional to unify Sales and Front of House into a seamless customer journey. You will lead the Team Lead, Sales Team Lead, Tech, and all department associates to deliver holistic solutions from purchase to maintenance.

The role emphasizes optimizing margins, training, and high-integrity customer care across a single cohesive store operation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of retail management experience, preferably consumer electronics.
• Strong technical literacy with understanding of repair workflows and software ecosystems.
• Proven ability to manage complex operational and labor efficiency models.
• Excellent coaching skills with experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Integrated Leadership: consolidate Sales and Service to create a One Team culture and manage total FOH P&L.
• Drive key metrics including NPS (Sales & Repair), Pixel Conversion, and Sales Per Labor Hour (SPLH).
• Improve operational efficiency by implementing store staffing models while controlling labor costs.
• Coach and mentor Team Leads and associates to maintain high technical standards in repair and solution sales.
• Manage real-time staffing using traffic data to ensure peak coverage without overspending.
