Job summary

The Michaels Companies MISSOULA, MT store seeks a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing selling culture, drive sales results, and deliver an engaging customer experience. You will oversee front-end and service operations, ensuring consistent execution of brand standards and selling behaviors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead front-end and service operations and model customer-experience behaviors.
• Experience with POS and Self-Checkout systems.
• Ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion a high-performing selling culture across the store.
• Oversee front-end and service operations to ensure brand standards and operational expectations.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Loyalty Rewards Program to drive retention.
• Coach and train team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
