Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Store Leader to delegate workload and ensure plan execution.
• Set and communicate store metrics across sales, visuals, operations, and training.
• Coach and develop associates to enable professional growth and bench strength.
• Promote sales and act as Leader on Duty to drive store performance.
• Contribute to seasonal planning and execution with the leadership team.
• Analyze results and translate data into actionable goals to improve KPIs.
• Model excellent customer service and ensure timely, courteous resolution of issues.
• Maintain up-to-date store communications and disseminate information to staff.
