Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of retail, sales, field marketing, or training experience.
• Supervisory, mentorship, or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and develop meaningful relationships with retail partners at all levels.
• Comfortable working independently across a multi‑store territory with frequent in‑store travel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital reporting tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sell-through, attach rates, and market share growth across assigned stores.
• Execute strategic store visits to review sales results, identify opportunities, and align with retail teams on priorities.
• Support retail teams with hands‑on sales assist and product demonstrations on the floor.
• Own territory‑level KPIs and performance targets, proactively identifying and closing gaps.
• Plan and execute customer‑facing selling events (e.g., weekend engagements, product demonstrations).
• Develop creative in‑store activations and events that generate excitement and drive higher sales.
