Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Supervisor in the North Kansas City area to support management in growing our brand and delivering best-in-class service. You will lead service teams, coach staff, and maintain a welcoming, knowledgeable store environment focused on a distinctive world of adult beverages and more for customers.

You will report to store management and help drive sales, ensure compliance with alcohol regulations, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards while coordinating training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ year in a supervisory role retail.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management in growing brand and delivering best-in-class service.
• Supervise team, support training and ongoing development.
• Lead front-end operations, merchandising and customer service.
• Ensure adherence to laws and store safety standards.
• Drive sales and key performance metrics (KPIs).
• Handle customer issues and maintain a welcoming store atmosphere.
