Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Supervisor to support store operations and help build a sales and service culture that delivers best-in-class service for our customers. The role focuses on supervising staff, coaching peers, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will lead by example to create a welcoming, knowledgeable store atmosphere, drive KPIs, and ensure compliance with alcohol regulations. A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of retail supervisory experience.
• Strong interpersonal and team-oriented mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.
• Ability to work flexible evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members and support training and development.
• Assist with store operations and drive sales against KPIs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol laws and maintain a safe store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
