Total Wine & More in Brentwood, MO, is seeking a Supervisor to support store operations and build a sales and service culture delivering best‑in‑class service for our customers. You will report to store management and help lead a team to achieve KPIs in a dynamic adult beverages retail environment.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coaching peers, ensuring compliance with alcohol laws, and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere while driving strong product knowledge and customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience, including 1+ year in a supervisory retail role.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team‑player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve in a team member capacity to support service team, merchandising and front‑end operations, drive sales and deliver KPIs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and resolving issues.
• Supervise team members and support their training and development.
• Ensure adherence to laws and regulations related to alcohol sales and maintain a safe store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
