Total Wine & More is seeking a Supervisor to support store operations, train the team, and foster a sales-driven, service-oriented environment. You will lead initiatives to deliver best-in-class service and ensure compliance and safety in a busy retail setting.

The role emphasizes coaching peers, resolving customer issues, and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere while meeting key performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory retail experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Able to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members and support their training and development.
• Maintain compliance with laws related to alcohol sales and ensure safe, clean store environment.
• Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales.
• Monitor KPIs and support store operations and front-end activities.
