Responsibilities include daily store management, merchandising execution, and coordinating with the leadership team to meet customer service goals. Must be 18+, with 2+ years of management experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Lead store operations to meet front-end merchandising standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock-room organization.
• Supervise and train crew members; assist Store Manager when needed.
• Open and close procedures; ensure equipment is functioning.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop crew members with the leadership team.
• Review communications and act on brand procedures.
