Job summary

Five Below in Knoxville is seeking an hourly Store Leader to support customer service excellence and smooth daily operations. You will supervise crew, oversee tasks, and help drive sales while ensuring a safe, organized store environment.

The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting. This is an hourly position with opportunities to develop through the Five Below Way.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Wow customers with fast, friendly checkout and service.
• Oversee daily store activities and supervise associates.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking merchandise.
• Act as Manager on Duty and address urgent issues.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, and set up for operations.
• Support onboarding and training of associates.
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Perform store maintenance and housekeeping.
